Zephyn Lee Cook

August 27, 2008 – March 17, 2012

Our sweet little boy, Zephyn left this world of physical limitations for one that he can run and play in. He was with us for such a short time, but filled a large part of our hearts with his beautiful smile and infectious laughter. He will be missed deeply.
Zephyn is survived by his parents, Rodney Cook and Jordi Cook; his brothers, Alex, Daniel & Leif; sister, Kylee; grandparents: Judi Cook, Kathy Wright, and Vern (Linda) Wright; aunts: Jolie, Emily, Leigh and Stephanie; uncles, Joel, John, James and Mike; and numerous other extended family and friends.
Preceded in death by his cousin, Rachel, Grandpa Lee and brother, J.D.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, March 23, 2012 at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West. Friends and family are invited to visit from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main prior to services.
