Walter Larry Mason

Walter, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, and coach  passed away in his home in Bountiful, UT on June 5th, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with kidney and heart disease.
Walter was born and raised in Denver, Colorado on November 17, 1961.
He was a Mortgage broker for 20 years. He had a passion for coaching football and other sports, which he did for 25 years.
He leaves behind his beloved wife Alison; children: Mandy, Natalie, Morgan, Quincy, Nick and Iris; grandchildren: Carter, Ava, Liam, Tucker and Quentin; his brother Phil and sister Maxine. He loved being around his children and grandchildren and will be deeply missed.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 9th, 2017 at the Bountiful 54th Ward Chapel, 540 North 1200 East, where a viewing will be held from 12:00 – 1:45 pm prior to services. In lieu of flowers send donations to the National Kidney Foundation
