November 14, 1932 — July 16, 2025

Bountiful, UT

Virginia Anne "Ginny" Teahon, age 92, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on July 16, 2025, in Bountiful, Utah.

Born on November 14, 1932, in Germantown, Pennsylvania, Ginny lived a life marked by resilience, creativity, and deep devotion to her family. She met the love of her life, Wilber "Will" Teahon, while he was stationed in the Army in Pennsylvania. Their brief whirlwind romance led to marriage in 1951 and 47 years of shared adventures. In 1959, they made their home in Bountiful, Utah, where they raised four children: Vicki (b. 1953), Terri (b. 1956), Cheri (b. 1960), and Mike (b. 1969).

Ginny worked for many years at K-mart, where she was known for her strong work ethic and spirited personality. After retiring to travel with Will in their RV-a time filled exploring the country-she returned to K-mart in her seventies following Will's passing. She continued working there until the store closed its doors in 2017.

A woman of many talents and passions, Ginny was a gifted artist who began painting china before moving on to canvas work that reflected her keen eye and creative spirit. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting, often crafting beautiful pieces for those around her. Ginny was known for her beautiful yard; she spent many hours outside tending to her flowers and plants. Ginny's strength, fiery spirit and quick wit were a force to be reckoned with, and matched only by her selfless love for others-a quality that endeared her to many throughout her life.

Ginny cherished time spent with family and friends. She maintained lifelong friendships that spanned decades and generations. As a trucker's wife and mother of four, she balanced strength with warmth and never hesitated to speak her mind or stand up for what she believed in.

She is survived by her daughter Vicki (Chris) Watts; sons-in-laws Tom Kiter and Randy Fullmer; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many others who were touched by her presence.

Ginny was preceded in death by her beloved husband Wilber Teahon; parents; all siblings; son Mike Teahon; daughters Cheri Teahon Padgett Fullmer, and Terri Kiter; grandson Zackary Padgett; as well as other extended family members. May Virginia Anne "Ginny" Teahon's memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
