Sherrie Little Bratke was reunited with her best friend and soulmate, David L Bratke, on September 14, 2025.
Sherrie was born July 19, 1956 to Blaine and Colleen(Blood) Little in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was one of four children.
Sherrie married the love of her life David Bratke, in true love bird fashion on Valentines Day in 1984. David always referred to her as his forever Valentine, and never missed getting her a bouquet of roses on their anniversary. Their loving energy was contagious as their admiration for one another was unwavering. Together they raised five beautiful children. They spent the early years of their marriage in sunny San Diego, California, before moving back home to Utah and settling into their Farmington home in which they shared many family memories for over 30 years.
Sherrie enjoyed traveling with her husband, visiting beautiful destinations all over the world; but their favorite destination was always the family cabin tucked away in the Teton mountain range of Idaho.
Sherrie had a vigorous career in the advertising sales industry. Spearheading the internet advertising turnaround for the digital boom. Her skills and advisory level knowledge landed her as a top ten rep month after month throughout her career. But her true calling was always her most honorable title, Mom. Sherrie navigated motherhood with grace. She loved nothing more in life than her children. She was attentive and fully immersed in her relationships with each of her children. Each of them today will still claim her as their best friend.
Sherrie was well known for her infectious smile and laughter. Truly the life of the party wherever she went. Sherrie was gracious and kind, always willing to lend a helping hand, or be a sounding board for those she loved. She was everyone's biggest cheerleader; there was nothing you couldn't accomplish without her on your sideline. She wanted everyone to succeed and be the best versions of themselves every day. She loved spending time with her family and friends, finding joy in quality time spent together reminiscing or making new memories. Sherrie was a human sunflower, always soaking up the warm sunshine wherever she could find it, especially pool side. She loved music, and had a broad variety of genres she enjoyed and shared that passion with all her children.
Sherrie is preceded in death by her parents, Blaine and Colleen Little, her brother Robert Little, and her husband David L Bratke. She is survived by her brother, Michael Little (Vickie), sister Charleen Webber (Terry), her beloved children Preston Pearson (Traci), Tina Pearson (Robert), Jeremiah Pearson, Angel Henshilwood, Eddie Bratke (Ashley), her adored grandchildren Dustin (Amber), Chyann (Daniel), Bailey (Tyler), Dana, Alexis, Kaitlynn, Jaxon, Jordan, Tanner, Nolan and Avery, her treasured great grand children, Izzy, Matt, Kalayah, Archer, and another baby girl on the way, along with many cherished nieces, nephews and friends.
Sherrie will be deeply missed by all those that knew her. She made a true impact on so many people's lives, and her legacy will live on through the love and kindness she shared with us all. Our matriarch is forever living on in our hearts. Journey in peace now.
