Ruth Ann Argyle

Ruth Ann Argyle passed away peacefully October 13th, 2025. Reuniting with her eternal companion, Tracy Mann Argyle, who preceded her in death less than a year ago. Together again, their love story continues beyond this life.

Ruth Ann was born in Ogden, Utah, to George and Mary Horrocks, the fifth of seven brothers and sisters. She was a devoted mother of three daughters — Kris, Bobbi, and Jennifer — who were the joy and pride of her life. She poured her heart into raising her family, always offering unconditional love, endless support, and a steady reminder that family comes first.

A woman of grace and quiet strength, Ruth Ann found deep fulfillment in nurturing both her loved ones and the world around her. Her passion for gardening transformed her home into a living work of art — a reflection of her care, creativity, and eye for beauty. Every flowerbed and plant carried her signature touch, lovingly tended and perfectly placed.

Ruth Ann also worked tirelessly to make the holidays truly special, creating cherished traditions that her family will forever treasure. Halloween and Christmas were her favorite times of year — seasons she filled with laughter, decorations, and a sense of wonder that brought her family together. She instilled in her children and grandchildren a love for celebration, creativity, and the simple joy of being together.Ruth Ann’s warmth, kindness, and dedication to those she loved will be remembered by all who knew her. Her legacy continues through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, each carrying a piece of her loving spirit. Though her hands may now rest, the beauty she cultivated — in her garden, in her home, and in the hearts of her family — will live on forever.

A private family gathering will be held to celebrate Ruth Ann’s life and the legacy of love she leaves behind. 

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 17, 2025 at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West, Bountiful, Utah.

Viewings will be held Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and again Friday morning 9:30 - 10:30 am prior to the graveside services.
