Roasland Lee Wright Wahlberg

The daughter of James Lee Wright and Virginia May Buchanan in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Married Leonard C Wahlberg in Salt Lake City. They later divorced but remained friends their entire lives.

Raised two daughters and one son: Kimberlee Kara, Janet Ann and Jason L. Wahlberg.

One grandchild Britney and two great grandchildren: Brianne and Christian.

Rosie deeply loved her children and grandchildren.

Her extended family and in-laws were so important to her. She and her sister Deanna were best friends and could be seen together every day until Deanna’s passing.

Everyone who knew Rosie loved her. She was a kind loving woman who would give all that she had to help another.

Her later years were difficult due to many health issues. However, in true Rosie fashion she faced them with faith and determination.

She was an active, faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She dearly loved the members of her Porter Lane 3rd Ward and was deeply appreciative of their service to her and Jason.

Preceded in death by her siblings: Arlene Bramble, Richard Grant, Peggy Arredondo, Deanna Lindsey and Leon Buchanan. Her daughter Janet and ex-husband Leonard.

Her family would like to thank the Centerville Police, Fire Department and Paramedics who were often on hand to help during medical crises.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Porter Lane 3rd Ward, 436 West 400 South, Centerville, Utah, where a viewing will be held Friday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment- Bountiful City Cemetery.
