Renee France Killebrew, 70, passed away on December 31, 2025 after complications due to pneumonia.
Born November 20, 1955 to Charles and Sanona France in Centerville, Utah, where she was raised with her siblings, Kayleen, Marlynn and Raymon.
Renee enjoyed spending time with her father on horseback riding in the mountains and competing in the pole bending at a young age.
She graduated from Viewmont High School in 1974 and married her high school sweetheart Gary Killebrew in 1974. They enjoyed 51 years together, traveling some for Gary’s work. They spent a lot of their time Chariot Racing where they met many lifelong friends.
Renee enjoyed sewing horse equipment and chariot harnesses and had a successful business, Diamond E Products, producing many harnesses and horse tack, complete with her creative touch, for her friends in the racing community.
She was know as everyone’s mom, especially to her son, Jake and daughter Aubrey’s friends growing up. She held that title with great happiness and pride and was always happy to have all the friends over with her kids.
Above all Renee loved being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Always there with open arms and the great art of listening and giving advice, whether we wanted it or not.
Renee is survived by her devoted husband, Gary Killebrew; her children Jake (Amber) Killebrew, Aubrey (Tony) Greaves; her grandchildren: Bridger Greaves, Gunner and Auri Leland, her sister Kayleen McCarthy, her brother Raymon France, her nieces and nephews, her father-in-law J.D. Killebrew and her sister-in-law Cindy Durante.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles France, mother Sanona France, her sister Marlynn France and her mother-in-law Audrey Killebrew.Our family would like to thank the ICU nurses and staff at McKay Dee Hospital.
A very heartfelt thanks to Dr. Barbara Kerwin and Dr. Jesse Mecham for their extraordinary compassion during her short stay in their care.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2026 at the Centerville City Cemetery, 650 East 400 South, Centerville, Utah.
