Rachel Neas McCracken, age 43, of West Haven, Utah, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2025, in Ogden, Utah, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Born on January 1, 1982, in San Antonio, Texas, Rachel was the beloved daughter of Glen and Christine DeMarcus. She spent most of her adult life bringing beauty and confidence to others as a devoted cosmetologist, a career she pursued with passion and skill.
On March 12, 2005, Rachel married the love of her life, Bryan McCracken, in San Diego, California. Together they built a loving home and raised two cherished children, Kallie and Dylan. Rachel’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family—crafting, singing, and exploring the outdoors were among her favorite ways to create memories with those she loved.
A woman of deep faith, Rachel was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and lived her life with grace, kindness, and quiet strength. She served a faithful LDS Mission in the Maryland Baltimore Mission from 2003-2004.
Rachel is survived by her husband, Bryan; her children, Kallie and Dylan; and her mother, Christine DeMarcus. Her warmth, creativity, and enduring spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
