Paulette Ingebretsen

Paulette Ingebretsen, age 79, passed away at home on June 9th, 2024 after battling many health challenges for most of her life, but worse the past 18 months. 

She and her twin brother Paul, were born on October 14th 1944, in Pocatello, Idaho to Alice Webber and Paul E. Ingebretsen. She graduated from Pocatello High School in 1962 and she soon joined her older brother Ronney and his wife Diane, in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

She worked in the travel industry for many years, but eventually she got a job with the Davis County Sheriff's Office and worked there for more than 20 years and eventually retired from there. 

Paulette enjoyed gardening and getting together with friends. She was always up for an adventure. She was a member of the LDS church and served in many callings, with relief society president being the most challenging. Her positive attitude helped her cope with her many health challenges over the years, while most people had no idea what she was going through. 

She was a classy dresser and always so put together and enjoyed doing things for other people, which usually involved her delivering yummy treats to her many friends! Please hug your loved ones tight and let them know how you feel, for tomorrow is never promised. 

Paulette was proceeded in death by her twin brother Paul Ingebretsen, her oldest brother, Ronney Dale Ingebretsen, her nephew Daron Paul Ingebretsen, her father and mother and finally her sister-in-law S. Diane Ingebretsen. 

She is survived by her niece Dena I. Wentz (John L. Wentz - deceased) and her great niece Lacey Nicole Wentz.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Russon Mortuary, 295 N. Main St, Bountiful, Utah. A visitation will be held from 10:00- 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary prior to services. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West, Bountiful, Utah.

Services will be streamed live on the Russon Mortuary & Crematory Facebook page and on this obituary page. The live stream will begin about 10-15 minutes prior to the service and will be posted below.
