Listen to Obituary

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Nicholas Adam Miner, a beloved husband, son, brother, and friend. He was born to Steven and Pamela Miner in Murray, Utah on February 18, 1994.

Nick shared a home full of love, laughter, and wrestling with his three brothers, Sean, Josh, and Zach. He loved growing up with close friends and enjoyed hiking, camping, family reunions, and sports.

Nick graduated from Davis High School in 2012, excelling in water polo, choir, musical theater, and playing drums in a band with his best friend, Tanner Phillips. He worked as a swim instructor, lifeguard, and assistant aquatic manager. He later attended UVU and earned a certification in full-stack software development. Most recently, he worked as a Mortgage Control Quality Specialist.

Nick was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a deep love for his Savior. He served an honorable mission in San Antonio, Texas.

Health and fitness were important to Nick; he enjoyed hiking, working out, and working as a self-employed personal trainer. Throughout his life, he bonded with his brothers, cousins, and friends through video games, building lasting relationships.

In adulthood, Nick loved bettering himself and others. He was a fiercely committed friend and would spend hours sitting with those who were struggling, looking for opportunities to lighten their burdens and make them smile. Nick loved playing with his nephew and niece, Owen and Cassidy, and looked forward to the day he could be a dad.

Nick was married to the love of his life Anna Bonnie Bailey Miner, on January 18th, 2025 in Logan, Utah and sealed on March 1st, 2025 in the Logan Utah Temple. It was particularly remembered that their union was marked with loads of shared laughter, tearful-heartfelt vows and dancing the night away with family and friends to celebrate finding each other. Anna will forever remember a husband who sent a wolf whistle her way whenever she passed by, made her laugh until she got hiccups, rubbed her back nightly to help her get to sleep, fussed over their dog, Sami, like his own daughter, and always stood by her side. They are partners who are equally yoked, helping each other navigate the world together while making it brighter for others. Nick and Anna versus the world, now and forever.

Nick is survived by his wife, Anna; his parents, Steve and Pam; his brothers, Sean (Hannah), Josh, and Zach; his parents-in-law, Justin and Holly Bailey, and their family; his nephew and niece, Owen and Cassidy; his grandfathers, Larry Bailey and Ellis Miner; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his dog, Sami. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Edith Bailey and Beverly Miner.
