Nathan "Dak" Palmer

October 30, 1975 — September 17, 2025

West Haven

We are sad to announce the unexpected passing of Nathan "Dak" Palmer, who was 49 years old. He left his earthly family on September 17, 2025. Dak was born on October 30, 1975, to Jill Russell and Kenneth Lewellyn Palmer in Ogden. He was raised in the Ogden area, and attended Bonneville High School for two years, but later graduated from Washington High School in 1994.

Dak married Tiffany Gail Collier on March 2, 2001, and they had two beautiful children together. Braxton Dak Palmer and Avery Olivia Palmer. Dak loved his kids immensely.

In his earlier years, Dak loved to ski, play soccer (he was ambidextrous and could kick the ball with both feet), and was an excellent pitcher in baseball. He was a dynamic athlete and excelled in just about every sport he tried. Also, he loved the Dallas Cowboys NFL football team, and he loved them well into his later years. He picked up the love of fishing and had a love for the outdoors. He loved riding motorcycles, four wheelers, and was a handy mechanic that was willing to help family out in a pinch.

We loved Dak. He had the kindest and most mellow soul. He had big beautiful blue eyes, and an amazing smile that went with his infectious laugh. He was graying a bit but was just so handsome. We all liked to tease him by calling him a "silver fox". He was hard working, extremely patient, but at times rebellious. He accepted and chose many difficult life challenges throughout his life. He tested us all in various ways. In turn, it taught us some valuable life lessons. In the end, we all still loved him, and he will forever be in our hearts.

Dak is survived by his wife; Tiffany, and their two children; Braxton and Avery. His Mother Jill. His four siblings and their spouses; Brett (Tara) Palmer, Leah (Justin) Harris, Stesha (Nick) D'Amico, Payton (Pamela) Palmer, and his 15 nieces and nephews.

Dak is preceded in death by his Father Kenneth (Kenny), who we all know welcomed him to his heavenly home with open arms.

Dak, we pray for your eternal welfare and progression throughout the eternities. We will love and miss you endlessly, until we are all together again. Amen
