Merlin Hunt

Jay was born the oldest of five children to Merlin Hunt and Ella Nora Allen Hunt in Am. Falls, Idaho. He married his one love and wife of 63 years, Ophelia Naomi Hansen and raised a family of eight children. He is survived by sister, Aleta Stringham Lonnie, Children: Penny Bone Bruce, Bobbie Hunt daughter in law, Gerry Lee Hunt, Luaine Furgason Homer, Norman Hunt Joelene, Utahna Waddoups Mike, Tammy Black and his 31 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the Bountiful 53rd Ward Chapel, 1365 North 650 East. Friends and family may call Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Thursday morning 8:45-9:45a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment-American Falls, Idaho.
