Mary McGuire

Mary Isabelle McGuire, 82, passed away December 31, 2012 peacefully with her daughter and son by her side. Mary was born April 6, 1930 to Patrick and May Tighe in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She married Bert H. McGuire September 13, 1953, Pima County, Arizona. Together they lived and traveled the world with their 3 children, Jerry, Shannon & Steven.
Mary was a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF Reserve and retired as a nurse from LDS Hospital. Mary was a private person but found joy in life’s simple things: gardening, flowers, birds, fishing, quilting, oil painting, and a good cup of coffee in the tranquility of her back yard.
Survived by her children: Shannon (Robert) Byrnes and Steven McGuire; grandchildren, Matthew (Samantha) Rose, Breanna (Cory) Stultz, Jamie (Andrew) Moser, Patricia McGuire, Christian (Margarita) McGuire, Cody Mcguire, and Dylan McGuire; 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and son, Jerry.
