Lindsey Virginia Addams

March 31, 1981 — October 25, 2022

Our beloved sister, daughter, and friend, Lindsey Virginia Addams unexpectedly passed away on October 25th, 2022 in Centerville, Utah.  The youngest of five siblings, Lindsey was born in Bountiful, Utah on March 31, 1981 to Marsha Cannon Addams and Harvey Lon Addams. With a lifelong interest in education, Lindsey graduated from Weber State University in 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and contributed in financial roles at J.D. Clark and Associates and other organizations. Later in life, she became keenly interested in guiding youth and others. In 2018, she completed a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah.  Lindsey valued her professional and social connections in greater Salt Lake City, UT, Philadelphia, PA and Burlington, VT. Lindsey had a keen sense for educational and social equity, and she will be remembered for her desire to help those most in need. She volunteered in her community, including educational counseling in the prison system and serving as an officer for the Epilepsy Foundation of Utah.  She loved her family and adored her nieces and nephews, who in turn loved learning about her interests and her childhood dedication to competitive ice skating.
Lindsey is survived by her father and her siblings Lee Addams (Emma), Kimberly Cronin (Greg), Joel Addams, and Stephanie Jones, as well as her beloved nieces and nephews: Ashley, Alyssa, Andrew, and Addison Cronin; Johnny, Hudson, and Benjamin Addams; and Bella and Sophie Jones. Her beloved mother Marsha Lynn Cannon Addams passed away in May 2022.   A private memorial for Lindsey will be scheduled at a later date. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be sent in her memory to one of the following:
