Allen Morrison, 50, of Bountiful, unexpectedly passed away on June 1, 2026, leaving behind family and friends who loved him dearly.

Born on November 6, 1975, to Larry and Barbara Morrison, Allen lived a life filled with laughter, hard work, adventure, and deep devotion to family. He went to Woods Cross High School and began a career as a glazier; a trade he proudly dedicated more than 25 years to. He took tremendous pride in his craftsmanship and was known for his attention to detail and a determination to ensure every job was completed properly. Allen was often entrusted as a crew leader, directing the work of others and ensuring every project was completed correctly. He had a keen eye for identifying problems, correcting errors, and finding solutions, earning the respect of coworkers and customers alike. Allen believed that if a job was worth doing, it was worth doing right, and his dedication to quality was evident in every project he touched.

Allen will be remembered for his caring heart, kind nature, and unforgettable sense of humor. He had a remarkable ability to make people laugh and feel at ease. Whether at a family gathering including the family reunions, holiday celebrations, or birthday parties, Allen was often the life of the party. His quick wit, infectious smile, and genuine love for others made him one of the family favorites and a friend to many.

Allen was proud of his family heritage and especially cherished his Scottish roots. His passion for family history led him to travel to Scotland, where he was able to experience firsthand the land of his ancestors. The trip was a source of great pride and joy, deepening his appreciation for the heritage and traditions that connected generations of his family.

An outdoorsman at heart, Allen loved fishing, camping, skateboarding, and target shooting. He enjoyed spending time in nature, sharing stories around a campfire, and creating lasting memories with family and friends. His adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for life were evident in everything he did. He also had a lifelong passion for cars. Allen loved the thrill of driving and appreciated the performance, craftsmanship, and excitement that came with a great car. Whether spending time under the hood, talking cars with friends and family, or enjoying the open road, his enthusiasm was unmistakable.

Above all else, Allen loved his family. He treasured every opportunity to spend time with those he cared about and was especially proud of his role as an uncle. He was the favorite uncle to many of his nieces and nephews, who adored his playful personality, sense of fun, and unwavering love. The memories he created with them will be cherished forever.

Alongside many of his strengths and accomplishments, Allen also faced personal struggles that at times made life difficult for him and those who loved him. These challenges were part of his story, but they do not define the fullness of who he was. His family hopes he will be remembered for his love, humor, and generosity as well as for the importance of recognizing and supporting those who struggle.

Allen devoted the past five months to caring for his mother and standing alongside his father as they navigated a significant change in her health. He gave his time generously, learning quickly and providing thoughtful, hands-on care with patience and compassion. His steady support and commitment brought comfort to his mother and reassurance to the family. His dedication and presence were a steady source of support for the family, who deeply appreciated the love, time, and effort he gave during this difficult period.

Allen is survived by his parents, Larry and Barbara Morrison; his siblings, Carma (Andy) Landen, Karen (Chuck) Simmons, Kay (Lindsay) Henderson, Arlene (Gary) Dangerfield, Marvin (Jodi) Morrison, Darren (Phaedra) Morrison, and Mark (Michele) Morrison; along with many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Though his passing was sudden and unexpected, Allen's legacy of kindness, laughter, generosity, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He leaves behind countless memories, enduring friendships, and a family forever grateful for the time they shared with him.

Forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed.
