Katherine Louella Delong

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, Katherine Louella Delong, who passed away early Wednesday morning in West Jordan, Utah. Kathy was the second of seven children of Ronald W. Dietrich and Della Gibson, born on June 18, 1953, in Boise, Idaho.

She is lovingly remembered by and will be missed by her son Jeremy Delong (Chantelle); brother Michael Dietrich (Kris); sisters Rhonda Dossett and Laurie Lund; and grandchildren Mia (Arlo), Harmony (Danny), Vayla, and Dayton. Great-grandchildren: D’ligah and Athena. She will be extremely missed by her faithful friend and companion, Minnie, her Boston Terrier.

It brings us comfort that Kathy is now with her husband, Max, her parents, and siblings Steven, Darwin, and Debby.
