James Cason

James Floyd Cason Feb. 15, 1918 ? July 4, 2004

Bountiful, Utah – James Floyd Cason, age 86, passed away Sunday, July 4, 2004 at Bountiful, Utah. James was born in Cement, Oklahoma on February 15, 1918 to James Madison and Mary Elizabeth Tullis Cason. He married Mary Edna Evarts, June 8, 1937, in Bakersfield, California.

James served an LDS mission to the New Zealand South Mission with his wife in 1970-1971. James was also an avid genealogist.

James is survived and lovingly remembered by his son, Ray, and his wife, Margaret, of Bountiful, UT; daughter, Kay, and her husband, Chuck Call, of West Des Moines, IA; nine grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. He will be missed and treasured by all.

Graveside services will be held July 10, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in the Shafter Cemetery in Shafter, CA.
