Biography

Harv was born to John & Lena Winegar. Married Rexene Youngberg 1985, deceased. Later married Joan Barnson 2000, deceased.
Survived by daughter, Mary Bacca; grandchildren Misty & Josh; and great-grandchild, Chastin.
Survived by Joan’s children: John (Deb) Barnson, Ronald Barnson; other children, Marla (Rusty) Hansen and Monty (Robin) Marvian; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, 2 sister-in-laws, and his little dog, Cinnamon. Preceded in death by all of his siblings.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West. A viewing will be held at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to services. Online guest book at www.russonmortuary.com.
