Our beloved mother passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at her home with her family by her side.
Flo was born in Salt Lake City on December 10, 1942, to Joseph and Frances Aleen Easterbrook. She married Kay Morrison in 1960, and they later divorced. She was the BEST mother to her four children, whom she adored, and they adored her in return.
As a single mother, Flo worked tirelessly to provide for her family. She often worked two jobs while raising her children, demonstrating incredible strength, determination, and selflessness. Her hard work and unwavering love were an example to everyone who knew her.
Flo's greatest joy in life was her family. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her grandchildren. She faithfully attended their games, performances, recitals, and activities, always showing up to cheer them on. Even in her later years, she continued supporting her great-grandchildren whenever she was able, never missing an opportunity to celebrate the people she loved.
She is survived by her daughter, Shauna (Dann) Brown of Centerville, Utah; her son, Kent Morrison of Salt Lake City; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her sisters, Linda Jugler, Julia (Troy) McRoberts, Janice Bradshaw, and Janet (Frank) Heidrick.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her older sister, Joleen Morrison; her two oldest sons, Donald Morrison and David Morrison; and her grandson, Justin Kay Morrison.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Redeeming Life Church, 660 North 400 East, Bountiful, Utah. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m., with funeral services beginning immediately afterward. Burial will follow the service at Memorial Mortuaries & Cemeteries, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Elevate Hospice, especially Heather, Flo's nurse, and Amy, for the compassionate care they provided to Flo and the support they gave our family over the past several months.
