Ernest Huber

Our beloved father, grandfather & friend passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 18, 2014. “Bob” was born Feb. 7th, 1942 in SLC, UT to Ernest & Josie Huber.

He married his high school sweetheart/soul mate, Linda Rae Hills, whom were inseparable until her death in 2004 from breast cancer. He was never quite the same without his beloved wife.

Bob graduated from the U of U with a master’s degree. He changed many lives throughout his years as a family/youth counselor – including operating his own private group homes for troubled youth.

Bob enjoyed spending time with his 3 sons and loved going to Disney World with his 3 beautiful granddaughters whom he cherished. Most of his free time was spent fishing with his wife Linda.

Bob will be greatly missed, but we are comforted knowing he is having a grand celebration with Linda, and his son Travis.
Bob is survived by 2 sons, Stephen K. Huber, Bryan K. Huber (Jen Huber), and 3 granddaughters, McKaylee, Dakota, & McKenna. He is preceded in death by his wife Linda, son Travis Huber, and parents Ernest & Josie Huber.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Tues. Nov. 25th at Olympus 4th ward. 3070 Nila Way SLC, Utah. Online guest book available at www.russonmortuary.com.
