Elizabeth Moon Willey, 94, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at her home in Bountiful, Utah. She was born August 4, 1912, in Farmington, Utah to Polly Isabelle Smith and Phillip Westwood Moon. She married Raymon B. Willey August 30, 1933 in Centerville. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple June 26, 1934. Beth graduated from Davis High School where she was vice-president of her Freshman class, member of Pro-Schola, sang in the Operas and was Editor of the Davis Dart. She was a life-long faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving many years in Relief Society Presidencies, Young Women, and was awarded a 35-year pin for serving in the Primary. Beth also enjoyed serving as a judge of election for many years. Her greatest joy was her posterity. Survived by one daughter, Shirlee Neal Secrist, Westminster, California; five sons, Paul R. and Catherine, Centerville; Steven M. and Suzanne, Rio Vista, California; Phillip Lynn and Mavis, Pocatello, Idaho; Michael M. and Terri, Bountiful; and A. Craig and Verna, Kaysville; 34 grandchildren, 102 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, five brothers, two sisters, and son-in-law. Sincere thanks to Beth?s many loving caregivers over the past few years, especially Carrie, Pam, Brenda and Trudi who enabled her to have her wish of staying in her home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 12, 2007, in the Bountiful Stone Creek Stake Center, 100 West 1000 North. Friends and family may visit on Friday evening, May 11, from 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, and 9:45 -10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
