Bountiful-Elaine G. Simmons, 89, died May 5, 2015 at her home surrounded by family. Our kind and caring, loving, gracious, respectful, greatful, supportive and strong Mother, grandmother, wife and friend, has returned to her Heavenly Father. Though she is gone, her love for us remains, and always will . . . Our mother lives on in our hearts – her spirit will guide us still.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 East.
