Edward "Ted" Dowd

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Ted K. Dowd, on July 28th. Ted passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and unparalleled skill.

Born to Leola Mortensen and Edward K. Dowd Sr. (Ted), he was a man of many talents. Throughout his life, Ted worked in various trades, earning a reputation as a skilled mechanic, handyman, and jack-of-all-trades. His remarkable ability to fix anything, from cars to household repairs, was well-known and deeply appreciated by all who knew him.

Ted was married to Nancy Marrelli Dowd, and together they built a life filled with joy and accomplishments. Ted took immense pride in his children and grandchildren, often boasting about their successes and achievements with great enthusiasm and joy.

In accordance with Ted’s wishes, no formal services will be held. He is survived by his son, daughters, several grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, his sister, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

While we mourn his passing, we take comfort in knowing that Ted is now reunited with his loved ones and at peace. He will be remembered with great affection and respect by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
