Devon Wade Ricketts

On October 17, 2025, we mourn the loss of a beloved son and brother, Devon Wade

Ricketts. He was born on March 5, 1987, to Gary and Celeste. He attended Roy and

Bonneville High School. Devon painted for contractors for many years and joined the

Navy at the ripe age of 32.

Devon had an infectious laugh and great personality and was loved by all he met. To

know Devon was to love him. He had so many interests whether having a friendly

argument with his brothers on DC and Marvel Comics or building Legos with his friends.

Devon also loved nature and would take his loving dogs Luna and Bella on amazing

adventures and hikes.

He was survived by his Father Gary Wade Ricketts, Mother Mary Celeste Spruill,

Brothers Kyle (Alanna) Ricketts, Brody Ricketts, his Nieces and Nephews Clara, Allison,

Evangeline, Oliver, and Logan, and Grandparents Joe and Kathleen Gurule.

There will be a Service and Celebration of Life held on Saturday October 25, 2025 @
