Dee was born in Salt Lake City, UT. He is preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Anna Boulton.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years Debra Boulton, his three sons Jason, Jeremy, and Joshua and their significant others. Seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. His five siblings. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.

His memorial service will be held April 19th, 2023 at 2 :00 PM at Russon Brothers Mortuary 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, Utah.

During the service there will be a chance to tell memories and stories, and a chance to reminisce.
