Deborah Ann Hickenbotham Bybee

Deborah Ann Hickenbotham Bybee, born March 9, 1952 in Aberdeen, South Dakota passed away at her home in Bountiful, Utah on April 21, 2024 after a long battle with heart disease. She was continually surrounded by loved ones many weeks before her passing.

She is survived by her husband Craig, whom she married in 1975, two sons Jason and Shawn, and three grandsons Jacob, Christopher and Andrew.  

Deborah moved from South Dakota to Layton, Utah when she was a young girl. She graduated from Layton High School in 1970 and then Stephens Henager College with an Associates Degree.  She worked as a secretary at an accounting firm in Salt Lake City and later opened her own book-keeping business, which she operated out of her home.  

She was a kind, empathetic, dedicated thoughtful and caring spouse, mother and grandmother.  

She is going to be missed by all who knew her.  

A memorial service will occur on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 2pm at Russon Mortuary, located at 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, Utah.
