Dallas Stuart Green

Dallas Stuart Green, Son, Brother, and Devoted Friend lost his fight with severe depression on July 24, 2024. Our hearts are completely broken. Dallas was born on March 22, 1971, to Doug and Dorothy Green. He grew up with 2 older brothers and a younger sister in Woods Cross, Utah. Dallas resided in Park City, Utah where he loved it so much. He had an amazing love of everything outdoors. He loved the ease and convenience he had to trails and adventures just out his front door. 

Dallas had a great love for mountain biking, hiking, camping and backpacking. He would rather take the road less traveled and make an adventure out of it and just enjoy the journey. Dallas always found beauty and peace in nature. He would take the most amazing pictures of the beauty he saw from his perspective, and you could always grasp it. 

Dallas truly was one of a kind, a very individual person. He would always tell you what he thought, good or bad, but always with sense and love behind it. He was a kind and gentle soul, funny and so witty. We will miss his laugh and smile tremendously. 

Dallas served 4 years in the United States Air Force and then later received his bachelor’s in architecture at the University of Arizona. Dallas had a passion for sustainability and craftsmanship. At the time of his passing, he was working as the Facilities Maintenance Manager for National Ability Center in Park City, where he worked since 2015. 

Dallas is survived by his Dad and Stepmom, Doug (Pia), his 3 brothers, Greg (Vernice), Dougie (Jody) and Danny (Rhonda). He is also survived by his sister Dawn (Tony), lots of nieces and nephews, extended family, countless friends and dear friend Amy. 

Dallas is preceded in death by our sweet mother Dottie and grandparents King (Louise) and Stuart (Mildred). 

Dallas, we will miss you more than we can possibly express. Dallas became a lifelong friend with many of those he met, he maintained his friendships even from high school and loved to travel to see them. We can only imagine the new group of friends and loved ones he will create wherever he is. We love you Dally, Enjoy the ride….

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Empire Canyon Lodge, 9200 Marsac Ave. Park City, UT 84060.
