Dale Bennett Reynolds, 82, died Tuesday evening, May 13, 2025 in Bountiful, Utah. He faithfully endured to the end of a life well lived. He left a great legacy to his family and will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Dale was born September 3, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Wylo and Afton Reynolds. He married Linda Kay Price on May 24, 1975, in Grantsville, Utah. They were later sealed together in the Salt Lake Temple on February 6, 1982.
He is survived by six children: Sandra Enriquez, Deana Paluso (Mitch), Joseph (Chantel), Jennifer Curry, Travis (Charity), Zachery (Michelene); 23 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat Twitchell, Debbie Schmidt; brothers, Bill Reynolds, Mark Reynolds. He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Kay Price; son, Whitney Reynolds; and parents Wylo and Afton Reynolds. Dad deeply loved all of his family – they were his treasure. He cherished his eternal marriage to his “sweetheart”, Linda.
Dad had a soft heart for animals and especially loved horses. His love for horses soon turned to a passion for horsepower and you could find him on anything that went fast…cars, boats, motorcyles, and ATV’s. Over time he left the fast life behind, but you could still always find him riding in the mountains on his ATV…especially with his sweetheart Linda on the back. In the great outdoors, he loved to fish, hunt, and camp – spending time in the mountains is a love that he passed on to many of his children and grandchildren.
Dad had an outgoing personality and made friends quickly and easily wherever he went. This helped him to be successful while owning and operating Reynolds Produce for most of his career. He loved his customers in Montana and thrived in finding quality produce at the best price for the restaurants and grocery stores that he served. As a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he served those around him with love and devotion. Although his most memorable callings were those of serving in a Bishopric, and with the Young Men in the Ward, he was well known for being a faithful Home Teacher and looking out for families that were in his charge. He was especially thoughtful and caring towards the widows of the Ward, for which he would make gift baskets filled with fresh produce every Christmas. In his actions, and in his beliefs, he loved Jesus Christ and His Gospel.
We all truly feel blessed to call you Dad, Grandpa, Brother, and Friend. We now take great comfort in your sweet reunion with family members who have already passed. Thank you Dad for loving, providing for, and teaching those you left behind. You will be missed until we meet again.
