Courtney Conover Harris

October 19, 2000 — October 8, 2023

Courtney Conover Harris, 22, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Sunday October 8, 2023. Courtney was born on October 19, 2000, in Bountiful Utah to Richard and Lori Conover. Courtney was the 3rd of six children and was loved by all her siblings. Courtney attended Viewmont High where she was in the dance company and was the Sterling Scholar in Dance. Courtney was not only involved with the dance company at Viewmont, but she also danced at Studio 1 in Farmington where she started at age 7. She loved her Studio 1 family. Courtney became a CNA during her senior year and found her true passion, helping people. She met the love of her life, Bradley, on December 12, 2017, during their junior year. From that time on, Bradley and Courtney were inseparable. They married on June 12, 2021. Bradley and Courtney enjoyed the outdoors, going on jeep rides, camping, and shooting. Their daughter was born in 2022 and Courtney was so happy to become a mom. She loved Oakley and was the only one who could get Oakley to laugh. Oakley loved Courtney right back and they had a special bond.

After graduation she attended Weber State University where she was on the Dance company. She enjoyed her time and formed lasting friendships with the other dancers. Courtney was not only an incredible dancer, but a talented choreographer. During her last Orchesis dance concert, the piece she choreographed was the highlight of the concert.  Courtney was considering switching to a career in dance when she lost her beloved Grandpa Merril in 2021. After helping to take care of him during his passing, she realized that was what she needed to do. She started at Whisper Cove Assisted Living as a CNA where she grew to love her co-workers and residents. After the birth of Oakley, Courtney started working for her doctor, Camille Stevenson at Tanner Clinic. Courtney enjoyed the friendships she made there and looked forward to going to work every day. She completed her associate's degree at Weber State and was attending Weber Tech at the time of her death where she was working towards her MA.

Courtney will always be remembered for her compassion towards everyone. She had a way that made everyone feel loved. Her smile would light up the room. She seemed to reach out and make friends with everyone. She will be missed.

Courtney is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents. She is survived by her husband and best friend, Bradley, their daughter Oakley, her parents, and her siblings Carly, Casey, Cassidy, Colby and Cady.
