Brandon Lee Robert Skaggs

Brandon Lee Robert Skaggs joined his grandfather Michael Lee Tidwell, grandmother Edna Nadine Hamilton as well as friends in the afterlife on November 1, 2026.

Brandon was born January 13, 2004 in Bakersfield, CA to Jessica Lynn Hamilton and Jermey Lee Skaggs. He grew up and lived in California until he was two years old when they moved to Utah and lived in Tooele. He later graduated from Layton high school in 2022.

After graduation he went on to join the Marine Corps. For one year when he was honorably discharged due to injury. Brandon worked a variety of jobs after his time in the Marines, being a diesel mechanic, forklift operator, audio-visual technician, and ended as an assembly technician for Parker-Hannifin Aerospace.

He loved spending time with his family, snowboarding during the winter, riding his motorcycle, and camping with friends. He was passionate about showing his love to people he cared about, and making people laugh when they were down.

He is survived by his wife, Malia Skaggs. Children, Gracie Neal and Beau Skaggs. Parents, Jessica Tidwell, Travis Tidwell, Jeremy Skaggs. Siblings, Charlotte Tidwell, Finley Tidwell, Tobias Adler-Greenwood, Declan Adler-Greenwood, Diandra Silver, Talon Silver, Anya Silver, and Jace Skaggs. As we are all heartbroken from this immense loss, we are finding comfort that he is not alone in the afterlife with other loved ones that he has lost.

Services will be held at Russon Mortuary & Crematory, 1585 W 300 S Syracuse, UT 84075 on Saturday November 7, 2026 at 2 p.m. Friends and Family will be able to visit from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
