Barton Allen Wiggins, age 92, of Bountiful passed away from cause?s incidental to age on October 26, 2006 to return home to be with his sweetheart and live again with his Father-in Heaven.. He was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on September 9, 1914 the fifth of seven children born to Jacob Fletcher Wiggins and Ella Mae Lemley. Dad came out West with the CCC?s during the late 1930 and worked in the Lost River Valley of Idaho where he met and married Charlotte Elaine Johnson on April 20, 1940. He served in the US Army in WWII and saw extensive combat and was awarded the Silver Star for gallantry in action for his duties at Mount Pinatubo, Luzon, Philippines. ?Bart? or ?Wig? as many may have known him moved his family to the Bountiful area in 1948 and worked for the Salt Lake Stock Yards and also worked for the Davis County School District as a School Bus Driver.
