Andrew Edward Bell

Andrew Edward Bell, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Friend, passed away at Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, Utah, on July 27, 2026. Born in Los Angeles, California, on February 20, 1939, to parents Lloyd Bell and Wanda Demille.

Andy and Marilyn were married on November 6, 1965, in the Cottonwood area, and later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. Andy and Marilyn are the proud parents of 4 sons: Kirk (Wendy), Clint (Tonya), Brandon (Cassi) and Brady. They have ten grandchildren: Tyson, Jeremy, Chayse, Braxton, Clayson, Nicholas, Cassadie, Hadlie, Porter and Gretchen.

Andy loved his country and served in the U.S. Navy as a young man. He was an Airplane Mechanic serving on Aircraft Carriers. He later worked at Hill Air Force Base as a flight line mechanic. Marilyn called him her “handy Andy” because he could fix almost anything.

One of Andy’s favorite things to do was traveling. A beautiful day in the Spring or Fall could bring on a spontaneous trip to Southern Utah or Disneyland. Later, cruises or a trip to England was on the agenda.

Andy Loved Sports and was the perfect armchair quarterback. He loved the Los Angeles Rams with his 4 sons also Rams fans. He also loved and followed BYU football and basketball, GO COUGS!

Andy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many callings. Andy and Marilyn served a 2-year service mission which they loved.

Andy was a good man, Husband and Father. We were blessed.

Services will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Woods Cross 5th Ward, 2064 South 800 West, Woods Cross, Utah 84087. A viewing will take place from 9:00–10:45 a.m. at the church followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m.
