Owen Wahlstrom

Owen was born October 31, 1919 in Laketown, Utah to Nelphi Oliver and Annis Weston Wahlstrom. He died on July 30, 2005. Attended Utah State University for two years before serving in the USAF. During WWII he was a B-25 pilot and a prisoner of war. Married Marilyn Rich on September 21, 1945. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Temple. Retired from Utah Power and Light after 40 years of service. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Marilyn; son, Owen R. Evelyn Wahlstrom, son, O. Curtis Claudia Wahlstrom; daughter, Susan Jeff Magdiel; son, Conrad Beverly Wahlstrom; daughter, Mary Lynn Kurt Draper; son, Robert Kay Wahlstrom; 29 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; brothers, Norman Wahlstrom, Elmer Wahlstrom; sisters, Edna Early and Agnes Peterson. Preceded in death by his parents and six siblings. Private funeral services pending at Russon Brothers Mortuary in Bountiful. Interment-Garden City Cemetery.
