She created many beautiful works of art that her family cherishes. She was an avid reader and gained great knowledge in a vast number of subjects. Marilyn was a true historian. She was able to accomplish much in the way of family history.

Marilyn attended BYU where she gained and maintained lifelong friendships. After returning to her home town Richfield, she met her sweetheart, Gerald Edwin Davis. They were married on April 20th, 1956, in the Manti Temple. Her number one priority was her family. She devoted her life to her husband and six children. She had a sweet connection and great love for each grandchild, bringing her so much joy. Marilyn had an unwavering testimony of our Heavenly Parents and our Savior Jesus Christ.
