Ikuna Fetu'uaho

Ikuna was Born on July 15^th 1946; in Te’ekiu , Tongatapu Tonga, son of Tevita and Na’ati Fetu’u’aho

Ikuna grew up in Teekiu ,  the second to the youngest child of the Fetu’u’aho family.  He attended the GPS Primary School of Te’ekiu. Then he went on to attend High School at Toloa College.  He was a beloved friend to all who knew him. He was a hardworker and developed a love for horses. His father entrusted him with taking care of the family’s many horses.  He even race in many national events and wining some.

Ikuna was united in marriage on 3^rd of May1979,  with the lovely Losaline  Kakala Tuitupou of Veitongo, Tonga.  Together they were blessed with three children. The oldest  a girl,  Na’ati followed by another girl, Kalisi Kathleen, then the youngest a boy,  Alekisio.  All the children have moved on and have their own families.  All together Ikuna and Kakala are blessed with 12 grandchildren.

Ikuna was a very resourceful  father . He taught himself to be efficient  in many trades in construction.  He was a quick learner and a trustworthy. One unmistakable thing that never seems to outgrew him, was his love of the Cowboys’ life  styles.   Attending family gathering he would dress up in his full cowboy outfit with boots,  belt buckles and hats.  Never a dull moment with this unforgettable Husband, Father, Grandfather , Uncle and brother.

We are grateful for the 75 years we have had Ikuna here with us, but will miss him tremendously. We love you and look forward to all being reunited one day in Heaven.

A funeral service will be held in his honor at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 24, 2021 at Russon Mortuary, 1585 West 300 South, Syracuse, Utah, 84075.  Friends and family are invited to also attend a viewing from 8:00-9:45 a.m. prior to the service.  Interment will be at the Syracuse City Cemetery.
