Clyde Carter Lee, age 88, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away April 15, 2006 in Bountiful, UT. He was born June 13, 1917 in West Bountiful, UT, to Daniel E. Lee and Florence Platt. He married his high school sweetheart, Priscilla Goodfellow, March 11, 1938. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple August 12, 1963. She was his trusted companion for 64 yrs. They are the parents of three children, Peggy Gordon Graham, Dan C. Lee, and Louise Dean Smith. He was a man of integrity who had an abiding love for his wife, his family and his grandchildren. He served in the Merchant Marines during WWII, in the South Pacific. He retired in 1979 from Phillips Petroleum Co., after 42 yrs. He was always loyal and honest. He and Mom loved traveling in their motor home, snowmobiling and boating. He enjoyed collecting LGB Trains, coins, remote control cars & planes. Preceded in death by his wife, parents, sisters Louise Hale & Genieve Parkin, brothers Ray, Dale & Stewart. Survived by his 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Rocky Mtn. Care Center for the warm & tender care given to Dad his last 4 months. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2006 at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, where friends and family may call Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday morning from 9:30 -10:30 a.m. prior to services.
