Chelsea D Hales

August 22, 1986 — February 2, 2021

Chelsea Dee Packard-Hales, 34, of Davis County, was born August 22, 1986 and passed away unexpectedly on February 2, 2021.

As a child, Chelsea enjoyed playing with and collecting Barbie dolls of all types including the NSYNC boy band dolls. She also collected Beanie Babies, and Willow Tree figurines.

While attending Springville High School, Chelsea began working at FYE in Provo Towne Centre where she met the love of her life, Terral E. Hales. They wed on August 15, 2009 in a beautiful ceremony at Wadley Farms in Lindon, Utah.

Chelsea and Terral did not have children of their own, but she loved all animals especially her Chihuahuas. She was also very fond of her nieces and nephews. She loved to jump on the trampoline with her nephews, spend time painting the little nieces’ fingernails and doing hair and makeup for the older ones, getting them ready for their prom dates. Chelsea also loved doing makeup and hair for her little sister, McKenzie. She was especially talented at cosmetology and anything that involved crafting with her hands. She created several gifts for her family and friends exhibiting her beautiful talent, which showed love and care in the time spent crafting such items.

Chelsea was also passionate about health and fitness and competed in several bodybuilding competitions, where she did very well. She was a strong, loving and loyal wife, daughter, and friend.

Chelsea is survived by her parents, Craig Packard and Kristin Law, her husband, Terral E. Hales, and her siblings Mitchell and McKenzie.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Russon Brothers Mortuary in Syracuse, Utah at 1:00, and she will be laid to rest at West Point Cemetery immediately after, next to her dear uncle, Eric. Visitation (closed casket) will be between 12:30 and 1:00.
