- About Us
Ryan Scott Webster returned home to his Heavenly Parents on Monday, March 12, 2018. His heartbroken family are saddened to say that he died from medical complications resulting from his years-long struggle with addiction. Ryan spent much of his adult life working through depression and anxiety, along with his addiction, and it is his family's fervent hope and belief that he has finally found some peace.
Despite his internal struggles, Ryan was able to build a good life with a wife he cherished and his four beautiful children, whom will be a legacy of his love and life.
Ryan was born on June 24, 1986 in Cardston, Alberta, Canada. He is the son of Wendel Webster and Dixie Kramer. He moved to Utah as a young child, but went back and forth between Alberta and Utah regularly. He was a proud citizen of both the U.S. and Canada. He spent many happy days as a child on his grandparents’ farm in Alberta, surrounded by his large family. It is comforting to know that his hero, Grandpa Dean, was there to welcome Ryan home on Monday.
His oldest daughter, Bentley Marie (age 10), is the spitting image of her father, and was a joy in Ryan's life. Ryan married Rebecca Jackson on June 4, 2010 in the Bountiful Temple. Together they had three more children, Oaklee (6), Callie (4) and Miles Danger (18 months). His youngest child's middle name is a testament to Ryan's sense of humor, his playfulness, and his ability to talk his wife into his shenanigans. Ryan adored his children, and they adored him just as much. From Ryan they all learned cheerfulness, joy, and a complete disregard for the concept of "inside voices." While Ryan's family are brokenhearted that his babies will grow up without their dad, Ryan's children know their father will be watching over them. As his sweet daughter Oaklee said the night of Ryan's death, "At least Daddy is with Jesus now."
Ryan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was able to lean on his faith during some of the harder times in his life, and worked to ensure that he married in the temple and was sealed to his family forever. Throughout his life, Ryan had a loving family and good friends, all of whom will miss him greatly. Aside from his wife and children, he leaves behind his mother and step father, Dixie and Scott Kramer, his father and step mother, Wendel and Penny Webster, and his siblings: Corry Webster (Stephanie), Kara Follis (Perry), Tyson Webster, Madison Burrola (Armando), Makenzie Boothe (Sheldon), Mat Webster (Brandi), Ethan Webster (Kensie), and Larsyn Burdett (Seth). He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandparents, in-laws, and cousins.
